RIGA INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL - PROGRAMME
From 2 December to 12 December cinema Splendid Palace will host Riga International Film Festival (Riga IFF), the programme of which includes both the latest Latvian films and retrospectives, and the most topical European films.

THE NEW GIRLFRIEND
On 6 December, Riga International Film Festival in collaboration with Riga Film Museum organises a special silent film programme that will allow the spectators to return to the early 20th century, when films did not have set showtimes and they were accompanied by live sound.
In cooperation with the largest Russian Documentary Film Festival ARTDOCFEST spectators in Riga will be offered Latvian première of seven topical documentaries, one of them also in cinema Splendid Palace. Before the session film-makers will have a meeting with the audience.
